The first thing you wanna do is take your tire off the bike and put it on ur axle vice. Take out your axle and one rubber seal, take your cone wrench and put it on your cone then use an adjustable wrench to take it off. once you get your cone, washer, and locknut off place your hand on the bottom of the hub to catch an bearings that may fall out. use a magnet to get all the bearings out, count them and clean them off with isopropyl alcohol. you may need some q-tips to clean out the inside of your hub. grease heavily on the inside and place all your barring back in. the you put your tire back on the axle then you put your cone, washer and locknut back on. to adjust your hub put your cone wrench on the cone a loosen it back and 8th of a turn till it feels good. make sure there's no play in it.
